FULL CAMP PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY Friday of the week prior to services being offered.
MEET OUR OWNER OPERATORS:
Tierre Ramsey has an Early Childhood Education Degree from N.C. Central University. In addition, he also holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has prepared instructional plans as an Adjunct Professor at Durham Technical Community College in accordance with the objectives of the curriculum for Early Childhood Education Level 2 Teachers/Directors. He has consistently enforced academic policy and procedures that comply with all other instructional rules and regulations pertinent to classroom/clinical instruction and general employment. He has previously owned and operated a 5-star daycare center for six years and grew to acquire two other centers that became 5-star facilities as well. In his past, Mr. Tierre Ramsey held the title of Community Relations Coordinator in which he planned and coordinated community meetings and special events to raise awareness for early childhood education. As an educator and mentor, he was able to help mold and change the lives of many with the work completed behind the scenes.
Aleshea Harris is the Operations Director/Co-Owner of Linking Connections Learning Center, LLC. She has been working in Early Childhood Education for over 25 years. As the operations director, she takes great pride in knowing that the center is the one that strives for excellence and quality in childcare. She believes wholeheartedly that LCLC, LLC has a wonderful complement of staff who are dedicated and truly amazing at what they do.
Part of her role as the Operations Director is to keep abreast of, and advocate for the Early Childhood profession and commitment to the families that they serve. Currently, Linking Connections partners with Durham Early Head Start where head start is a comprehensive child development program for eligible prenatal mothers, and children birth to 3 years in age. This program is designed in collaboration with families and the community to prepare children for success in school and in life. Being a part of this professional network allows Ms. Harris the opportunity to share information with staff and build knowledge. She is deeply inspired by the community of learners and grateful to work in an environment that emphasizes a sense of belonging and well being among others. It is her belief that strong relationships are essential foundations for optimal learning.
